Mighty Mule Gate Repair in Las Vegas, NV | Warden Gate Repair Las Vegas

We provide independent Mighty Mule Gate Repair in Las Vegas, no manufacturer authorization needed to fix what’s actually broken. The thing that sets our Mighty Mule work apart here is simple: we know which components fail when a transformer cooks at 160 degrees on a July afternoon, and we carry the OEM parts to swap it same day. If your Mighty Mule opener is acting up in Las Vegas, call (725) 529-9468 and we’ll give you a straight answer on what it costs before anyone touches a wrench.

Call (725) 529-9468

We’re a local gate-and-opener shop, not a call center. Our techs work on MM360, MM371W, MM571W, and MM600 units every week across the valley, from Summerlin to Sunrise Manor. When you call, a live person answers. When we show up, you’ll already know the tech’s name and face. That’s how our service area works, every job.

Why Las Vegas Residents Choose Us for Mighty Mule Service

Most repair outfits treat a Mighty Mule like any other opener. We don’t, because a Mighty Mule in Las Vegas fails differently than one in Phoenix or Reno. Cole Rafferty, our owner, built Warden around a simple idea he couldn’t find himself: a straight answer on cost before the work begins. Tell me what it’s doing wrong, and I’ll tell you exactly what it costs to fix it. That’s been the rule since day one.

Our technicians are background-checked, identity-verified, and photo-badged under the Threshold Standard. Before any visit, you get the tech’s name and photo sent to your phone. You’ll know exactly who’s walking up your driveway. Every Mighty Mule repair includes a written price before work starts and the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it fails within a year, the return trip is free.

We use genuine Mighty Mule OEM boards and transformers when it matters, and upgraded aftermarket components when the original part was never built for Las Vegas grit. That judgment call is what you’re paying for.

Common Mighty Mule Gate Repair Problems We Solve in Las Vegas

  • Overheated transformers in dual gate systems. On MM371W setups running two swing arms, both motors cycle at once. At 110 degrees, the transformer surface temp climbs past 150, the internal breaker trips, and the gate stops mid-swing. We replace the transformer with a genuine Mighty Mule unit and check fan function while we’re in there.
  • Control board water damage after monsoon season. Las Vegas gets sudden, hard downpours in July and August. UV-degraded conduit seals let water track straight into MM360 control boards, shorting the receiver circuit. The gate still works from the keypad but the remote goes dead. We reseal the conduit, dry or replace the board, and test the receiver before we leave.
  • Stripped plastic drive gears in swing arms. Wind-blown sand works its way between the pinion and main drive gear on MM571W arms. The plastic gear grinds down over two or three summers. We swap in a heavy-duty aftermarket gear that holds up better than the OEM unit in dusty conditions.
  • Remote range dropping off on MM600 series. Corrosion on the antenna connection from alkali soil dust is common here. The opener works, but you have to stand ten feet away. We clean or replace the antenna fitting and re-test range from the street.
  • Grinding noise with no movement. This one’s usually the gear train or a seized arm hinge. We’ll open it up, show you the failed part, and give you the repair cost before we order or install anything.

Mighty Mule Service in Las Vegas: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Equipment

Here’s something you won’t read on a national Mighty Mule forum. In Las Vegas, HOAs in Summerlin and Henderson mandate that every gate motor and keypad be painted the exact approved powder-coat black or bronze. Not close. Exact. So our trucks carry factory-matched Mighty Mule touch-up kits, and we re-spray the opener housing after every repair. If the motor housing leaves our hands a shade off from the gate, the HOA flags it, and the job isn’t actually done. That’s a Las Vegas-specific reality that changes how we work. A repair that would be complete in, say, North Las Vegas unincorporated county isn’t complete in a Summerlin master-planned community until the paint matches the HOA palette. We’ve been through enough HOA inspections with our customers to know the approved finishes matter as much as the repair itself.

Mighty Mule Models & Products We Service in Las Vegas

We work on the full lineup you’re likely to have: MM360, MM371W, MM571W, and MM600 series. That covers single and dual swing gates, the wireless intercom and keypad accessories, and the transformer and control board internals. We stock genuine Mighty Mule OEM boards and power transformers on our trucks for immediate swap. For plastic gears, hinges, and certain arm components, we carry heavy-duty aftermarket alternatives that outlast the originals in Las Vegas sand and heat. If you’ve got an older MM360 with multiple failures stacking up, we’ll tell you honestly when an opener upgrade makes more sense than another round of piecemeal parts.

Mighty Mule Service Pricing in Las Vegas

Most Mighty Mule repairs in Las Vegas land between $180 and $420, depending on the part and the labor involved. A control board replacement on an MM360 runs higher than a gear swap on an MM571W. The free estimate means exactly that: we come out, diagnose the failure, and give you a written price before any work starts. No hourly meter running while we diagnose. What drives cost: whether it’s an OEM board versus an aftermarket gear, whether the transformer is single or dual, and whether the repair needs HOA paint matching on top of the mechanical fix. Call (725) 529-9468 for an exact quote, and see our full Mighty Mule sales and service details if you want to understand the scope before we arrive.

What a Free Estimate Includes

  • On-site diagnosis of the specific Mighty Mule failure
  • Written repair cost before any work begins
