We’re a small crew, and that’s on purpose. Every technician who rolls up to a home in Summerlin, Henderson, or North Las Vegas has been vetted to one standard and one standard only: The Threshold Standard. Background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged, and sent to you by name before the truck leaves the shop. Our Las Vegas team handles gate repair, electric gate repair, and gate motor repair across the valley, and we’ve been doing it under the Warden name since 2008. A warden is trusted to watch over a place and keep it secure. That’s the whole idea behind a gate, and it’s the idea behind every person we hire.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Cole Rafferty, Owner
Cole bought into the gate trade the hard way: he started on a service truck in 2008, back when the Las Vegas market was mostly patch jobs and crossed fingers. He spent years diagnosing gate motors (the boxes that slide or swing your gate automatically) before he ever thought about running the business. Today he splits his time between the field and the phone, which means the guy quoting your repair is the same guy who’s done that repair a few hundred times. He’s the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and he’s the one who signs off on every tech before they carry the Warden name. Dry humor, no fluff, and a genuine dislike for gates held together with zip ties.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on gate systems for over a decade, most of it spent elbow-deep in LiftMaster and FAAC operators. He’s factory-trained on six of the nine brands we service, and he’s the guy we send when a Viking or Linear board is doing something it shouldn’t. His specialty is electrical diagnostics: tracing a dead gate motor back to a bad safety loop, a fried capacitor, or a control board that gave up in 110-degree heat. Before Warden, he worked commercial access control, which means he’s seen every way a gate can fail and every shortcut that causes it. Off the clock, he rebuilds old motorcycles and swears the wiring logic is basically the same. It isn’t, but we let him have it.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana handles the heavy work: gate replacement, hinge rebuilds, and any job where the gate itself weighs more than most cars. She’s been with the Threshold Group family for seven years and earned senior installer status after running point on a full community gate retrofit in Henderson. Her specialty is alignment and load: getting cantilever gates sliding true, setting hinge post depths right, and making sure a new operator isn’t fighting a gate that was hung wrong to begin with. She’s the first to say that most gate repair failures aren’t the motor at all. They’re the gate. And she’s usually right.
Luis G., Service Coordinator
Luis is the voice on the phone at 2 a.m. when your gate won’t close and you need to know whether it’s safe to wait until morning. He’s been coordinating service calls since 2016 and knows the Las Vegas valley well enough to tell you whether we can reach a neighborhood in Anthem or Aliante inside an hour. Before dispatching jobs, Luis confirms the equipment brand, the gate type, and the failure symptom so the tech arrives with the right parts on the first trip. He also sends the technician name and photo before every visit, because you should know exactly who’s walking up your driveway. No voicemail trees at Warden. You call, Luis answers, and a real conversation happens.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works under The Threshold Standard, and that’s not a slogan. It’s a checklist. Background check. Identity verification. Photo badge shown at the door, every time. Technician name and photo sent before arrival, every time. Written price delivered before any work starts, no exceptions. And every repair is guaranteed in writing through our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the repair isn’t right, the return visit is free. That promise isn’t conditional on the tech, the weather, or the mood of the day. It’s how we’ve run the Las Vegas location since 2008, and it’s why the crew here stays. When you call (725) 529-9468, you’ll talk to a person. When the truck shows up, you’ll know the name on the badge before the door opens. That’s the whole system, and it works.
We don’t do general handyman work. We don’t fake expertise on brands we haven’t trained on. We service LiftMaster, FAAC, BFT, Linear, Viking, Ghost Controls, DoorKing, Elite, and Mighty Mule. If your gate’s acting up, call us. We’ll send someone you can put a name to.
